Job Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT

Business Development & Client Leadership

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to achieve annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead pursuits including teaming proposals interviews pricing strategies and go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with Practice Sector and Area Leaders to grow TYLins presence in the Southern California market.

Project Delivery

• Serve as Project Principal or Project Manager on strategic projects.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery client satisfaction and effective resource planning.
• Promote quality assurance and technical excellence across the practice.

Operations & Team Leadership

• Manage regional financial performance including revenue utilization profitability and forecasting.
• Oversee business planning and operating budgets.
• Recruit develop mentor and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative high-performing culture.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Transportation Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field; professional registration preferred.
• Approximately 20 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector including leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development client relationship management and practice growth.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.
• Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills.
