POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics productivity budgets and practice operations.
• Coordinate physician onboarding licensing credentialing payroll quality management programs and ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable expense approvals supply ordering financial reporting and tracking tools to support operational efficiency.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting special projects scheduling billing compliance and practice improvement initiatives.
• Support teammate performance communication and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred with 5 years of healthcare administration management or radiology practice experience.
• 2 years of financial analysis accounting or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel financial modeling and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational financial and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical organizational project management and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $75000-$85000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary addition to this range Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages which include health & wellness coverage options 401(k) benefits and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
