• Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced power distribution networks for enterprise-grade storage systems.
• Own the full product lifecycle from initial design and simulation to hardware validation root-cause failure analysis and sustaining engineering.
• Design high-efficiency voltage regulators tailored for x86 CPUs and high-performance networking ASICs.
• Conduct rigorous PI/PDN simulations using industry-standard tools to optimize motherboard and system-level power delivery.
• Select and qualify critical VR components including controllers MOSFETs inductors and capacitors ensuring long-term reliability.
• Perform failure and root cause analysis activities in support of system hardening efforts and customer escalations.
• Partner with Operations and Support teams to resolve complex customer escalations through deep technical hardening efforts.
• Help develop processes and best practices to help create a culture of quality by design.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 6 years of professional experience in power integrity and hardware design for enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven expertise in qualifying voltage regulator circuits and optimizing Power Delivery Networks (PDN).
• Experience designing and qualifying voltage regulator circuits
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as Ansys SI-wave HyperLynx PI or similar environments.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced technical development environment.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
