Portfolio Product Manager – P&C Insurance

A growing Property & Casualty insurance organization is seeking a Senior P&C Product Manager to drive growth profitability and product strategy across a farm and agricultural insurance portfolio. This role will lead product performance initiatives pricing strategies market expansion and product development while partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate brings significant P&C insurance experience strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence strategic decisions across multiple business functions.

• Own product performance profitability and growth initiatives across an assigned insurance portfolio.

• Develop and execute pricing market expansion and product development strategies.

• Partner with underwriting claims actuarial marketing technology and other teams to support product objectives.

• Analyze market trends competitive intelligence pricing and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead new product launches product enhancements and regulatory initiatives.

• Evaluate risk segmentation and profitability to support sustainable portfolio growth.

• Lead cross-functional projects and influence broader business and product strategy.

• Mentor and support team members while promoting collaboration across departments.

• 7 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.

• Background in product management underwriting actuarial pricing or a related insurance discipline.

• Experience with insurance pricing profitability analysis and risk segmentation.

• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Base Salary: $100000 $135000 based on experience.

• Bonus opportunity.
