Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing System Installation & Repairs Install maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures including toilet replacements faucet replacements water heater replacements soldering and common plumbing repairs
• System Inspections & Testing Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety functionality water quality and code compliance in residential settings
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify issues troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to customers
• Customer Interaction Communicate with customers to inform them of issues recommended solutions and service outcomes
• Code Compliance Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national state and local plumbing codes
• Cost Estimates & Service Calls Respond to customer inquiries handle service call-outs and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
• Record Keeping UtilizeService Titansoftware to document repairs maintenance and service calls accurately
• Safety Compliance Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Customer Service Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

• Experience 3 years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
• Certifications Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
• Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of plumbing installations repairs and maintenance including water heaters toilets faucets and common fixtures
• Service Software Experience withService Titanor similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to Detail Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Drivers License Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
