Job Summary
HVAC Field Service Technicians are needed in the Ashville NC area. Operating out of a Service Vehicle that goes home at night Techs will be responsible for installations upgrades repairs and service of various residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $33.00/hour
Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus based on experience
Service Vehicle goes home at night with the Tech

Schedule:
Days: Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm
Overtime available as needed after 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
- Educate customers on HVAC products services and maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to all local codes regulations and safety standards.
