Compensation: $30.00/hr.
Employment Type: Full-time Temporary

Our client is seeking an experienced Plumber to perform maintenance and repairs on campus plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Maintain and repair campus plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets sinks showers and related equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on underground plumbing systems including irrigation lines as needed.
• Maintain and assist with repairs to boilers and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Order plumbing supplies and materials as needed to support daily operations.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and applicable codes.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing systems fixtures and installation methods.
• Licensed Plumber preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Vocational/Technical (VoTech) training with a major in Plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of swimming pool operations or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
