Senior Controls & SCADA Engineer Advanced Aerospace Test Systems
Seeking a Controls & SCADA Engineer to support next-generation aerospace test platforms focused on industrial automation high-reliability control systems and factory-connected validation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain Siemens PLC-based control systems for aerospace test environments. Architect and support Ignition SCADA solutions including system architecture networking integration and real-time monitoring. Develop chamber control systems for precision testing. Integrate factory tools instrumentation and automation into SCADA and manufacturing networks. Support end-to-end test system development including integration diagnostics validation and troubleshooting. Collaborate across test manufacturing software and systems teams. Implement scalable high-availability automation and drive continuous improvement in reliability and data visibility.
Required Skills:
Strong Siemens PLC and industrial automation experience. Hands-on Ignition SCADA experience (deployment architecture networking integration). Experience with chamber control or automated test systems. Knowledge of industrial networking and factory connectivity. Background in aerospace defense semiconductor or advanced manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting of complex control systems.
