Job Summary
TypicalResponsibilities.This positions responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Design develop and maintain Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support engineering and operational requirements.
- Support data transformation reporting and process automation initiatives across NAVWAR organizations.
- Provide support troubleshooting and continuous improvement for Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Integrate and manage data across SharePoint Jira and other enterprise systems to improve accessibility and consistency.
WorkLocation:Hybrid/local remote.A minimumofonefullonsiteday everyweekis required as well as periodic in-person meeting attendance( hands meetingsspecial events etc.). Onsite days are based at NIWC PACPoint Lomain San Diego onsite days up to and including fully onsite may be required at the request of the government customer.
Work Schedule: This position follows the California Alternate Work Week Schedule: Monday Thursday are 9-hour daysFridays are alternating 8-or 0-hour days for a total of 80-hours for every two starts at 7:15am PSTMon-Thu and on working Fridays.
Typical Physical Activity:Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.
Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $36.00-40.00/hour. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education qualifications and experience.
ExistingSECRET Security Clearance Required:This position requires an existing active or interim Secret security clearance prior to hire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position. An otherwise strongly qualified candidate with highly relevant experience but no current security clearance may be considered.
RequiredKnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:
- Bachelors degree ina relevant discipline.
- In lieu of an appropriate bachelors degreeother combinations ofsufficiently relevantqualificationsmaybe consideredincludingadditional years of highlyapplicableexperience other degrees/professional training military training and/or professional certifications.
- At leastfive (5)years of recent relevant professional experience with:
- Developing and supporting business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Providing application support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and requirements-gathering skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience integrating and managing data across SharePoint Jira and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support fast-paced operational environments.
Additional Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense Navy or other government organizations is preferred.
