Working for our team you can truly make a Production Shift Supervisor provides leadership and management to the department on companys core policies manages and coordinates to meet and facilitate safety production sustainability and quality standards. Manages all aspect of employees life cycle from hiring to succession planning including performance management and work at MCC:1st Shift Mon-Fri with additional hours on weekends or evenings as neededGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating holidaysResponsibilities:Full responsibility for Managing team with coaching guidance and development through succession planning and performance internal and external candidates for open rolesSupervises the departments to ensure effective and of equipment and availability of necessary and trains associates on all departmental procedures quality procedures and all related work instructions safety training and company personnel time collection functions. This includes processing and/or submitting all forms on a timely compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO GMA SAFE HAACP) as to all plant and corporate safety rules procedures and a clean and safe work :Lean Manufacturing experience.2 to 4 years related leadership experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing operations methods and practices.
