Job Description
As a Plant Manager you are responsible for overall operational results. You will provide senior oversight in optimizing the daily operations of a facility while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will bring a deep understanding of operational best practices strategic planning and continuous this role you will participate in the annual operating plan process understand long-term strategic plans and set department goals in support of these plans. You will partner with and influence other department leaders in achieving the broader goals of Avery Dennisons manufacturing operations.

This is an on-site position located in Greenfield IN.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior oversight in optimizing daily facility operations while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Participate in the annual operating plan process understand long-term strategic plans and establish site goals in support of these plans.

Manage multiple teams and shifts coordinate resources and streamline processes across departments and functions to achieve high levels of productivity quality and safety.

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a safe healthy and productive work environment.

Coach leaders and team members provide clear feedback attract top talent build organizational capability and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
