Plant Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Some kind of engineering bachelors degree required (or similar technical degree may work). If unsure please submit and I will review.
• Capital Project management experience with any or all of the following: utilities wastewater and/or ammonia is ESSENTIAL.
• 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry such as food pharmaceuticals petrochemical or chemical is ESSENTIAL.
• Although title is manager - management experience is NOT required

As part of the senior leadership team youll report directly to the Plant Manager and lead the development and implementation of plant technical strategies focused on engineering capital projects systems improvement and operational excellence. You will drive vertical startup processes that support low-loss production systems provide solutions to complex technical challenges and enhance overall plant performance.

In partnership with Corporate Engineering you will manage the plant capital plan and oversee critical utility systems that support safety quality sanitation cost and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• 3 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing industry such as food pharmaceuticals petrochemical or chemical.
