Job Description

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Plant Director in Garner NC to lead a high-volume production and distribution facility supporting PepsiCo and Keurig Dr Pepper brands. This role oversees 300 employees and is responsible for end-to-end plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all plant operations for production and warehouse facilities
Hire lead and develop Operations staff
Implement new technologies to improve quality and reduce costs
Create and maintain documentation related to production warehouse quality and inspections
Partner with and support the Sales Department
Develop and execute all Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives
Provide support to customers and suppliers
Ensure compliance with GMP food safety quality and audit standards (AIB etc.)
Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and/or TPM methodologies
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Proven experience managing large employee populations (200 preferred)
Strong understanding of P&L management
Demonstrated leadership sound judgment and decision-making ability
Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
Preferred:
Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering Business Administration or any related field)
Beverage or high-speed CPG manufacturing experience
Union experience
Food safety AIB or audit experience

We make sell and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make sell and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages producing and distributing them to our customers warehouses nationally. And we make sell and distribute to our customers warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small but growing part of our business.
