Director of Case Management

This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni New Mexico is seeking a full-time permanent Director of Case Management to join their organization.

• Pay Range: $51.21 - $75.79
  

Director of Case Management Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent position
  
• Schedule: Mon Fri 7 AM 5 PM

• The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
  

Director of Case Management Qualifications:

• The Director of Case Management must hold a New Mexico RN or SW license
  
• Associate of Science Degree BSN strongly preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management in an acute care hospital and/or managed care setting required
