Job Summary
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Perform analytical review of all main GL accounts and investigate variances vs history and vs budget.
Perform account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts & all subsidiary ledgers at the end of each month.
Assist the finance function with duties related to the month-end close year-end close and outside agency audit tasks.
Assist the CFO with the coordination of all audit activity. Includes preparation of work papers and reconciliations as
requested by external auditors.
Prepare monthly cash flow reports vs. budget.
Prepare monthly financial presentation for executive leadership.
Assist in the development write up modification and implementation of accounting procedures systems and internal
controls.
Backup to other Finance Department positions as needed.
Identify key business trends through KPI tracking and analysis.
Responsible for management of fixed assets depreciation schedules disposals and IFRS 16 Lease accounting.
Perform other duties as requested by the CFO.
Be aware of companys Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy.
