Job Summary

Responsible for developing maintaining and controlling the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large-scale multi-phase critical electrical EPC data center program. The Planner ensures schedule integrity logic and risk visibility across engineering procurement manufacturing logistics construction testing commissioning and turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a fully logic-linked Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using P6
• Establish baseline forecast and recovery schedules
• Perform critical path float and variance analysis
• Coordinate schedule inputs across EPC disciplines
• Prepare executive dashboards and look-ahead schedules
• Support mitigation and what-if schedule scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 5 years EPC planning/scheduling experience
• Advanced P6 proficiency
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial or data center projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience
• Projects exceeding $250M value
