Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Planner Scheduler Sproutlocated in Dallas TX.
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Planner Scheduler Sprout will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans schedules coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like:
- Validate and confirm orders based on available capacity (materials labor equipment) ensuring feasible production commitments.
- Develop and manage production plans (short- and long-term including MPS/forecasts) upload data into systems and coordinate closely with purchasing and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor execution of production plans and proactively resolve deviations (material shortages design changes backlogs) including rescheduling as needed.
- Ensure data and system accuracy (BOM routings inventory WOs demand signals) and support clean-to-build analysis ECO tracking and replanning activities.
- Control inventory levels and performance metrics addressing discrepancies and driving KPIs aligned to CSD lead time response time and inventory goals.
- Collaborate across supply chain and operations (SCM Master Scheduling Order Desk CFTs) support customer programs provide guidance on priorities and drive continuous process improvements.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 1 years of Production Planning experience.
- Strong capability in production planning & forecasting ensuring accurate demand alignment.
- Working knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and its application in manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and supply chain management with proficiency in MRP or ERP systems.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
