Job Summary

Full-time
Description

Fervo Energy is the worlds leading developer of enhanced geothermal systems deploying directional drilling fiber optic sensing and advanced well completions to deliver firm 24/7 carbon-free power. Fervo is scaling rapidly across the U.S. to meet growing demand from utilities industrials and data centers for clean dispatchable electricity.

Fervos geothermal power plants rely on complex brine and process piping systems to move high-temperature fluid from wells to power conversion equipment and back. The Piping Designer is responsible for the detailed design of these systems -- including large-diameter brine routing piping layout and isometric drawing production -- supporting Fervos active project deployments and EPC coordination.

This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced piping designer who has routed large-diameter systems in industrial or power generation environments. You will own piping design deliverables for plant piping systems -- developing routing solutions producing isometrics and coordinating with civil mechanical and process engineers to deliver complete constructable design packages.

Brine systems present unique routing challenges: large pipe diameters high temperatures site constraints and the need for creative cost-effective solutions. This role is for someone who has solved these problems before and brings the experience and judgment to do it again in a fast-moving environment with limited margin for rework.

The right candidate works independently interfaces with EPC partners effectively and helps develop internal standards.
