Cobb Pediatrics is seeking a part-time Pediatrician to join our state-of-the-art practice. This is an existing position with established demand and an opportunity for continuity of care within a growing community. The ideal candidate is a collaborative compassionate physician seeking long-term involvement in a team-based outpatient setting. There may be future opportunity for expanded hours based on practice needs and mutual interest.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience schedule and eligibility and may include:

Competitive base compensation

Specific benefit details eligibility and amounts are determined at the time of offer and subject to plan terms.

Schedule & Responsibilities:

Approximately 32 hours per week primarily MondayFriday based on the needs of the practice.

Rotating Saturday clinic coverage (every other Saturday half-day)

Shared light call coverage on a rotating basis

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants children and adolescents

Collaborate closely with physicians clinical staff and leadership

Maintain timely accurate documentation using Office Practicum EMR

Qualifications:

MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency

Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Eligible for (or able to obtain) an unrestricted Georgia medical license

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Interest in mentorship collaboration and long-term practice stability
