Deaconess Illinois Clinic is offering a guaranteed salary of $300000 along with a $50000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Marion IL. This position will include a full-time clinic 80% and 20% procedures/outpatient practice alongside an established NP general surgeons colorectal surgeons and more.

• • • Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $300000
    • Patients per day 18-22 and no call
    • Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
    • Competitive productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
    • $2000 Residency Stipend
    • Up to $90000 loan repayment
    • Generous sign-on bonus of $50000 for 5-year or $36000 for 3-year contract.
    • $15000 relocation allowance
    • Quality bonus up to 2.5%
