Physician Family Medicine

The ideal candidate will work at the Deaconess IL Specialty Clinic (Family Clinic) in Mount Vernon IL alongside an existing team consisting of one (1) Family Medicine provider one (1) Pediatrics provider and two (2) Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Office hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30 pm.

In addition to competitive compensation the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Guaranteed 12-month base salary of $325000
• Competitive productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
• $2000 Residency Stipend
• Up to $90000 loan repayment
• Generous sign-on bonus of $50000 for 5-year or $36000 for 3-year contract.
• $15000 relocation allowance
• Quality bonus up to 2.5%
