Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations re-examinations and medical assessments
- Review medical histories diagnostic imaging and clinical records
- Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform trigger point joint and other therapeutic injections
- Utilize diagnostic ultrasound during patient evaluations and procedures
- Educate patients on diagnoses treatment options and post-treatment care
- Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Prepare medical narratives and complete Workers Compensation and insurance documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers to ensure outstanding patient care
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active California PA or NP license
- Experience performing trigger point and joint injections preferred
- Experience using diagnostic ultrasound preferred
- Experience treating Federal Workers Compensation patients preferred
