Shift Hours:
Part-Time 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)
- 36 hours per week (4 Days a week in clinic )
- No call No weekends No holidays No nights

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program
- WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required
- Experience as an NP or PA
