About the Role We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehabilitation contract opportunity in Newport OR. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions that affect mobility function balance strength and independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Treat orthopedic neurological stroke balance dizziness and chronic pain conditions
Support patients in improving mobility strength function and independence
Help patients return to daily activities and community participation
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with rehab teams and other healthcare professionals
Travel to multiple points of care as required
Requirements
Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required
BLS/BCLS required
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
Holiday coverage required
General interview availability must be provided at submission
