Physical Therapy Aide

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assist physical therapists with patient care ensuring patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their sessions.
• Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed by the physical therapist.
• Maintain and prepare therapy equipment ensuring it is sanitized and ready for use.
• Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the physical therapist.
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming clinic environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Caring nature with a genuine interest in helping people
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
