Darcy Hall of Life Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a temporary or permanent/direct-placement need in West Palm Beach Florida. The position is based at 2170 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard West Palm Beach Florida 33409.

The facility is a 170-bed skilled nursing facility and therapists with skilled nursing or subacute experience serving geriatric clients are preferred. The listed start date is September 21 2026 and the schedule consists of five eight-hour shifts per week. New graduates may also be considered.

## Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services within the skilled nursing facility.

## Qualifications
- Current BLS certification.
- Applicable state license or compact license.
- Skilled nursing or subacute experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
- New graduates may be considered.
- Ability to meet the 90% productivity requirement.
