Client seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a well-established private practice in Waterloo Iowa. This opportunity offers a strong existing patient base a collaborative rehab environment and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with chiropractors and rehabilitation providers to support patient recovery
- Manage and prioritize an established patient caseload efficiently
- Educate patients on injury prevention mobility improvement and rehabilitation strategies
- Support program development and contribute to clinic growth initiatives
- Active Iowa Physical Therapist license required
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or private practice experience
- Experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
