Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

Inova Physical Therapy Center Arlington/Ballston is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team. This role will be a Full Time Day Shift Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts until 7pm. Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm Friday 7am-4pm.

Physical Therapist(PT) Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities equipment and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe form and content of written evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients families medical staff care team members students supervisors and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure:Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
• Certification:BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Qualification:

• Physical Therapist (PT) experience
