Physical Therapist

Hands of Hope Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess plan and implement individualized rehabilitation programs designed to improve mobility reduce pain increase strength and restore function. This role includes close collaboration with our Pain Management Department to ensure comprehensive patient care and outstanding treatment outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including:
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Manual therapy
  • Electrical stimulation
  • Ultrasound therapy
  • Heat and cold modalities
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses pain management specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Adhere to all ethical legal and professional standards of physical therapy practice.

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.

• CPR/BLS Certification.

• Ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
• Ability to lift and carry therapy equipment.
• Ability to stand walk bend and perform therapy techniques for extended periods.
  


Salary

• Level 1 (02 years of experience): $85000 $92000 per year
• Level 2 (25 years of experience): $93000 $99000 per year
• Level 3 (5 years of experience): $101000 $105000 per year
