Pay: $40.00$45.00 per hour

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic.

Youll work alongside experienced therapists treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic balance vestibular neurological and functional mobility conditions while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional development.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic vestibular balance neurological and post-surgical conditions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention recovery home exercise programs and wellness.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain..
• Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach.
