Discovery at Home is hiring a Physical Therapist for home health coverage in Cape Coral Florida. Part-time and PRN candidates with availability of up to three days per week are welcome to apply. Candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the United States are also welcome. A minimum of one year of prior home care experience is required.

About the Role

You will primarily provide home visits with the potential for some caseload within assisted and independent living communities. The patient population is primarily geriatric with most cases covered under Medicare Part A Home Health along with some Part B. Clinicians have significant autonomy in determining their own caseload and daily schedule.

Schedule

Availability is required Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm subject to scheduling agreements with each patient. Weekend shifts are optional and not required. No major holidays. Flexible scheduling is a core feature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $42 to $62 per hour with increases based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist. A valid drivers license reliable transportation a current CPR certification and a minimum of one year of prior home care experience are required.
