We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week rapid response contract opportunity in Glendive Montana. This role supports patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care rehabilitation setting helping improve mobility strength function balance and overall independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training gait training and functional rehabilitation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs Educate patients caregivers and facility staff on safety mobility and therapy goals Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Active Montana Physical Therapist License Required Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred Strong patient assessment treatment planning and communication skills required Ability to manage a rehab caseload in a post-acute or long-term care setting Must be available for day shift schedule and 13-week assignment
