PTA Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to:

• Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
  
• Follow physical therapy care plans performing PT documenting / charting patient progress updating PT on patient status etc.
• Other duties as assigned by our Director
  

PTA Desired experience:

• Physical Therapist Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required
• Home Health experience a plus but not required
• As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
