Location: Urbana IL
Work Location: 602 W. University Ave Urbana IL
Pay Rate:$85.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized plans of care modify treatment as appropriate and serve as a professional role model and clinical resource for staff and students.

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized plans of care that include treatment goals expected outcomes and discharge planning.
• Modify the plan of care based on patient response progress and available clinical evidence.
• Perform patient transfers with assistance as needed from bed chair and floor when applicable.

• Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
