Physical Plant Maintenance

The Fairview Park City Schools has an openingfor a Physical Plant Maintenance position in the district.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Post-secondary training completion of an approved apprenticeship program and relevant work experience
Holds or is qualified to obtain a pesticide license
Prior experience in all aspects of landscape management
Experience in facility snow removal management
Evidence of good mechanical aptitude
Embodies high ethical standards and integrity
Accepts responsibility for decisions and conduct
Commitment to keep current with skills essential to the objectives of the position
Ability to comply with environmental health and safety laws/regulations building codes and ADA accessibility guidelines
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Be of good physical stature and able to lift50 pounds and do bending
Have a valid Ohio Driver License/CDL preferred

SALARY:
Starting at $25.62 per hour.

CONTRACT LENGTH:
12 month 260 days 40 hours/week
