Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospitallocated in northwest Iowa employing over 500 employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers if accepted are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Please note this position is hourly and does not receive tips.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and administrative support for the Pharmacy department
Provide customer service via phone and in person efficiently
Pharmacy experience is preferred
Stocking and ordering of supplies
Update and maintain documents policies and forms as directed
Engage in caring and professional communication
Requirements:
Must register with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Support Person or hold current registration as Pharmacy Tech with the State of Iowa
High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
72 hours a pay period
Day/Evening
Mon-Fri
Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs on the department
