Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support complex pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and equipment. This role is intended for experienced industry professionals who can operate independently troubleshoot technical issues and drive operational improvements while maintaining strict GMP compliance.
What Youll Do
- Execute complex pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Operate set up troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing equipment
- Prepare and review batch documentation logbooks labels protocols and quality records
- Support process investigations deviations change controls and CAPAs
- Perform advanced operational troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Analyze production performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety quality compliance and efficiency
- Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry Engineering Biotechnology Life Sciences or related field
- 2 years of pharmaceutical biotechnology biologics cell therapy or other GMP-regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience working with quality systems and documentation
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting capability
- Experience identifying equipment or process issues and implementing corrective actions
- Strong technical writing data review and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aseptic manufacturing
- Experience in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience supporting investigations deviations CAPAs and change controls
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
- May be requested to work on weekends overtime and holidays based on business needs.
