• Base Salary: $70000
• Fully remote work arrangement

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

• 35 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance preferably in a production role
• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
