Note: Must have 4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience including hands-on litigation document preparation and familiarity with Pennsylvania court e-filing procedures.

Job Description

• Work directly with attorneys to manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings complaints motions discovery responses and legal correspondence.
• Handle court filings including electronic filing in Pennsylvania courts.
• Coordinate depositions medical records discovery deadlines and case scheduling.
• Assist with preparing exhibits trial materials and other essential litigation documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients attorneys and other parties while keeping cases organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

• 4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing pleadings managing discovery and supporting active litigation.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong organizational communication and deadline management skills.
• Experience with New Jersey litigation and e-filing is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive legal team.
