Join our welcoming professional office in beautiful Delray Beach! This in-person opportunity offers close collaboration with attorneys meaningful client interaction and the chance to be an essential part of a dedicated legal team.

Note

Candidates must have hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience including familiarity with pleadings discovery and court filing procedures. Personal injury litigation experience is highly valued but not required.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from initial case preparation through resolution and trial.
• Draft prepare and file pleadings discovery requests motions and other legal documents.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients attorneys insurance companies and court personnel.
• Coordinate depositions hearings witness preparation and trial-related activities.
• Maintain case calendars track court deadlines and organize litigation files.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation exhibits and trial binders.
• Keep cases moving forward through proactive communication and exceptional organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing legal documents managing discovery and coordinating court filings.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures deadlines and case management.
• Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional detail-oriented and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
