Personal Injury Legal Assistants/Paralegalis responsible for the specific duties listed below.
This is a long-term permanent job opportunity.
Your specific duties will include:
- Assisting in all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
- Requesting reports tapes videos medical records police reports etc.
- Reporting claims to insurance companies.
- Drafting and sending letters.
- Communicating and corresponding with clients providers and other involved parties.
- Maintaining client files.
- Reviewing analyzing and summarizing case files and medical records.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
