Location

Job Description

• Lead mentor and support a team of personal injury case managers and legal support professionals.
• Oversee personal injury caseloads ensuring cases progress efficiently and important deadlines are met.
• Monitor team workloads case documentation client communication and overall case management quality.
• Collaborate with attorneys to identify priorities resolve challenges and keep cases moving toward resolution.
• Provide guidance on personal injury claims medical records insurance communications and case preparation.
• Train and support team members encourage best practices and help improve case management processes.
• Serve as a resource for complex cases and help maintain a high standard of client care.

Qualifications

• 4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• 1 year of team leadership supervisory or case management team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case management processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating caseloads deadlines client communications and legal documentation.
• Excellent leadership organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coach team members manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with attorneys.
• Experience improving legal case management workflows is a plus.
