What Youll Do
  • Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
  • Negotiate directly with insurance companies.
  • Draft file and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Handle arbitrations.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.
  • Utilize technology including case management software and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications
  • J.D. and active Washington State Bar license or ability to waive in.
  • Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong insurance defense litigators with significant deposition experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience negotiating with insurance companies.
  • Experience taking depositions.
  • Arbitration experience strongly preferred.
  • Civil litigation experience including motion practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in person in downtown Seattle.
