Periop Enterprise Coordinator Description:
Conflict resolve resource limitations from remote locations for multiple surgical locations to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Problem-solve and expedite communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide delegate and coordinate tasks needing to be expedited with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of a designated group of patients. Ensure clinician satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner. Coordinate implement and evaluate processes to meet the educational and competency needs of team members through effective use of a variety of learning activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years recent clinical experience.

• Bachelors degree in nursing required.

• Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills required.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading/supervising a health care team or in a related area preferred.

• Prior experience in a management/leadership position preferred.

• Based on position prior experience in one or more of the following areas including emergency department cardiovascular oncology solid organ transplant perioperative and special procedures in applicable nursing specialty area preferred.

• Masters degree in healthcare related field preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook and PowerPoint preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate initiative teamwork and flexibility preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and work-through competing priorities preferred.

• Ability to solve complex problems through a well-ordered approach preferred.

• Ability to balance and prioritize diverse clinical and leadership responsibilities preferred.

• Ability to speak read and write Spanish and English in some clinic settings preferred.

• Previous work history in the logistics of complex environments including managing many resources to align good customer service preferred.

• Magnet approved certification in related area preferred.
