Per Diem Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) or Physician Assistant ( PA ) Walk-In Clinic

Chenango Memorial Hospital part of the United Health Services system is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Walk-In Clinic in Norwich NY. This is a PRN/ Per Diem position ideal for an independent confident provider with a strong background in urgent care family practice or emergency medicine.

You will join a team dedicated to providing high-quality accessible care in a busy community-focused clinic. The walk-in clinic sees a diverse range of non-emergency acute conditions and offers an excellent work-life balance.

Annual Compensation Range:

$70-$85/ Hour

Location: CMH Walk-In Clinic Norwich NY
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
Compensation: $77-$86/hour

• Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions.
• Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR.
• Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation; clinic is closed Sundays.

• Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 12 years of experience in walk-in urgent care emergency or family medicine required
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high-quality compassionate patient care
