Job Description:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field preferred
• PeopleSoft Certifications and Public Sector / Government Financial Systems experience preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and PUM 53; strong experience with Grants Project Costing Contracts Accounts Receivable Billing Accounts Payable Travel & Expense Treasury General Ledger Commitment Control and Asset Management; experience with People Code App Engine SQR Component Interfaces People Tools SQL Developer and BI Publisher

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide production support for PeopleSoft Financials modules and state wide implementations. Support project implementations upgrades fixes workflow configuration and modernization initiatives.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
• Work closely with Business Analysts System Analysts Oracle System Integrators and agency stakeholders.
• Develop and support People Code App Engine SQR Component Interfaces SQL and BI Publisher solutions.
• Prepare test scripts test scenarios training materials SOPs workflow documentation and configuration documents.
• Support PUM upgrade testing patch validation and PeopleSoft Test Framework maintenance activities.
• Identify project risks issues and obstacles and communicate status updates to OMES leadership.
• Ensure compliance with State of Oklahoma accounting procedures policies and standards.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

• State Government or Oklahoma State Agency experience; experience with PeopleSoft PUM upgrades testing workflow configuration production support and state wide accounting procedures
