Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a major enterprise environment by designing developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development integrations ITSM/ITOM processes and platform customization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions and integrations
Customize applications modules workflows and platform configurations
Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
Develop REST/SOAP API integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
Create and maintain technical documentation and system designs
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Configure Service Mapping Discovery and Event Management
Ensure adherence to security standards and development best practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum project delivery
Required Skills:
8 years of ServiceNow Development & Administration experience
ServiceNow Platform Development Configuration & Integration
JavaScript HTML CSS
REST & SOAP API Integration
ITSM and ITOM Process Optimization
Experience with ITSM CSM HAM and FSM modules
Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Technical Documentation & System Design
Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or related field
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications
