Were looking for experienced professionals to join us within the leadership education sector in a remote independent and performance-based capacity.
Youll work with established systems digital education programs and ongoing training while connecting with professionals who are exploring personal and professional growth and a different way of working.
This isnt about sitting behind a desk following someone elses timetable. Youll manage your own schedule work remotely and take responsibility for the conversations relationships and results you create.
It may suit someone who has built their career around people whether through leadership management consulting client relationships training HR business development or customer engagement and would now like to use those strengths in a more flexible environment.
- Naturally strong communication and people skills
- Experience in leadership consulting client engagement relationship management or a people-focused professional role
- Confident starting conversations and building genuine professional relationships
- Comfortable asking questions listening and helping people consider their next step
- Self-directed and able to manage your own time and priorities
- Willing to learn and follow established systems and processes
- Approximately 1520 hours per week available
- Based in the United States

Required Skills:
We are looking for someone with: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional approachable and confident manner Experience in leadership management business development sales recruitment client engagement coaching mentoring or another people-focused field Strong relationship-building and active-listening skills Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Good organisation time-management and follow-up skills The ability to work independently and remain self-motivated A willingness to learn accept guidance and follow an established process Basic confidence using online systems digital platforms and email Access to a computer reliable internet connection and phone At least 15 hours per week available to develop the opportunity Previous experience within the personal development and leadership education sector is not required as comprehensive training mentoring and established systems are provided. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is open to an independent performance-based structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary employee position.
