Location

This is a full-time on-site position based in Mesa Arizona supporting commercial construction projects throughout Arizona primarily across Maricopa County.

Note

Candidates must have 4 years of foreman experience specifically involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB/PEB) including hands-on experience with metal building erection. General ironworker experience without meaningful PEMB experience is not sufficient for this position.

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate daily field activities for PEMB steel erection metal roofing wall systems insulation and related trades.
• Direct crews and subcontractors while maintaining safe productive and organized jobsites.
• Read and communicate PEMB shop drawings erection drawings plans and specifications.
• Coordinate sequencing manpower materials equipment deliveries and project milestones.
• Conduct toolbox talks daily jobsite meetings field reports and progress documentation.
• Communicate job progress resource needs field issues and potential delays to project management.
• Oversee proper material handling storage installation and quality control.
• Verify subcontractor scope and coordinate work between trades.
• Manage inspections deficiencies punch-list items and field completion activities.
• Perform and supervise work from the ground lifts and elevated surfaces while following required PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 4 years of PEMB construction foreman experience.
• Strong experience with PEB/PEMB steel erection metal roofs metal wall systems and insulation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona drivers license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to work safely at heights in varying temperatures and jobsite environments and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership communication planning and problem-solving skills.
• First Aid/CPR lift certifications MSHA or construction-related education preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
