• Established clinical volume: Approximately 9800 outpatient visits annually with a large regional referral network.
• Dedicated surgical access: 1.5 days of OR block time weekly to start with opportunities for expansion.
• Advanced surgical capabilities: Home to the Central Valleys only pediatric robotic surgery program with comprehensive open minimally invasive and endoscopic capabilities.
• Multidisciplinary excellence: Established programs in complex congenital urology prenatal urology neurogenic bladder/spina bifida and stone disease supported by more than 30 pediatric subspecialties.
• Collaborative practice: Support from three advanced practice providers with approximately eight call days monthly.
• Professional growth: Opportunities to develop specialized clinical interests expand surgical practice participate in program development and pursue leadership roles.

• MD/DO
• Completion of an accredited residency in Urology
• Completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Urology
• BE/BC in Pediatric Urology
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• Commitment to providing compassionate family-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary pediatric team
